To celebrate this major milestone few restaurants ever see, Jim had three hundred 30th Anniversary Fodrak’s t-shirts made up in bright Heather Sapphire Blue and gave them to all the loyal customers who came out to celebrate.

Jimmy, as he is affectionately called by many long time patrons was thrilled with the turnout. “We gave away most of the t-shirts that day as a small token of our appreciation to all those in the community who have made our success possible. In fact, one of our customers, Bob Nasshan sent in a picture a week later wearing his 30th Anniversary Fodrak’s t-shirt from the sunny beaches of the Caribbean, which was posted to our Facebook Page.”

“When I first got started on December 7, 1987, my goal was to be a step above a fast-food restaurant,” said Jim. “I believe our success is due to a lot of hard work, 80-90 hour weeks, and a constant attention to quality and value for our customers.
