White House Marketing Expands Into Two New Markets

CORONA, CA – 10/20/2016 (PRESS RELEASE JET) —  Management training for both new office locations began in the Corona office. The White House Marketing, Inc. CEO has seen every side of marketing and taken different aspects of every side to create a successful guide to management. To accommodate these new markets, managers are recruiting new team members.

“The goal for WHM [White House Marketing] is to expand in all markets and regions nationwide.” said Randy W., White House Marketing CEO. “This year we’ve started that expansion into five new markets, most recently Anaheim and San Francisco.” He continues by saying, “and the plan is to have at least two more by the end of the year.”

Randy explained that the increased demand for services is the primary reason for the company to branch out into new regions. “I’ve been working directly with those that I promoted to Managers into these two new regions. Teaching someone how to completely run an office, without me being right next to that person, has taken me years to master.” he said.  “We expect to rapidly penetrate these markets and educate consumers on the benefits of our services.”

As for his responsibilities, Randy will be overseeing Managers’ operations in these new territories, including all new campaigns they execute. He will also be involved in coaching and training new associates on the company’s unique marketing methodology. “This team has some aggressive goals to meet,” he said. “However, I’m certain that these Managers are more than capable of exceeding any hurdles placed before them.”

White House Marketing’s Extension Offices are already Recruiting

As the company expands into the new territories, the need for additional team members is evident. Because the CEO is not new to this growth, he has already begun searching for new talent. “We understand that there are many companies that have a similar structure, clients, venues, or whatever it may be. But, I make sure and have each of the Managers train in my Corona headquarters to make sure the WHM integrity stays the key ingredient for successful marketing campaigns.” he said.

Julie Grassman Retires After 55 Years at Mansfield Plumbing

PERRYSVILLE, OH – 10/20/2016 (PRESS RELEASE JET) — After a stellar 55 years of service at Mansfield Plumbing, Julie Grassman, a resident of Loudonville, Ohio, will retire on October 28, 2016. At one time Grassman worked at the company facility alongside her mother, stepmother, husband, son and grandaughter.

“My time at Mansfield has interwoven over the years with my family,” says Grassman, who has served as a customer service representative for the past 22 years at the company. “Actually Mansfield is like my second family and I’ll miss my coworkers greatly.”

Grassman, 78, first started working in 1956 at Mansfield Plumbing as a mail room clerk and then a receptionist. She left five years later to start her family. After having four children she returned to the company again in 1966 to her previous receptionist position where she spent about 20 years. Following a move to accounting for several years, she joined the customer service team in 1994.

“I really love dealing with the consumer and customer callers, entering orders and handling challenges,” says Grassman. “I never would have imagined spending my entire life here at Mansfield but I’m so glad I did. I actually handed in my resignation 20 years ago. My boss tore it up. He knew I wasn’t ready to retire and he was right. I’m actually not sure I’m ready now.”

An avid sports fan, Grassman plans to spend time watching football, baseball and basketball, plus travelling to Buffalo, N.Y. where her grandson is on a college football team. She’ll also spend time with her husband Andy (who worked for Mansfield for 34 years), her five children, 10 grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
