Shelby is a name that every car enthusiast knows by heart and for good reason. This historic car maker is working to make the name Carroll Shelby known the world over by creating and manufacturing cars that are far beyond the scope of anything we have ever seen before.

It’s the Shelby name and what Carroll Shelby meant to people that makes the brand so special says Neil Cummings, Co-CEO of Carroll Shelby International. While there is no doubt that the Shelby name does contribute to the sense of pride and love that the brand has garnered, the high quality workmanship is another great draw.

With so many car companies competing for the same customer, how does an automaker differentiate themselves from the pack? Quite simply, that’s what makes Shelby so special; Shelby has been the pinnacle of American performance for the past 50 plus years. From racing to sports cars, trucks, hot hatches and muscle cars, they have been a trailblazer that has come to stand for enjoying a high octane lifestyle. Their fans are so passionate about the brand that they name their kids Shelby, tattoo our name on their body and build their vacations around events that feature our vehicles. That’s why Ford, GM, Chrysler and so many others want to partner with Shelby.

“Shelby is a name that everyone knows and everyone loves because they consistently produce vehicles that are above our expectations.” Says JL Haber, Vice President of Programming for Worldwide Business with kathy ireland®. “If you get a car with Shelby stamped on it you know you are getting quality.”

“We earned our stripes winning races. The ambition to be first is part of our DNA, which draws companies and enthusiasts to Shelby. They want to inject some of that winning pedigree into their products or lives,” added Cummings.

Working with the Worldwide Business with kathy ireland® team, we will take people behind the scenes of one of the most exciting brands in history.”

Shelby International is working to change the face of the car industry as we know it with innovative new designs and technology. Wayne, Pa Business Attorney Releases An Innovative Way To Pay For Legal Services

Ms. Snyder interviews with Business Innovators Magazine about her new subscription service Scribe®, in which businesses can obtain legal counsel for a set monthly payment.
Janelle Snyder, CEO & Managing Partner Snyder Law

Recognized as a 2016 Main Line Today Top Lawyer, Janelle Snyder, business attorney at SnyderLAW, recently sat down for an interview with Business Innovators Radio about her new subscription service, Scribe, and how it is changing the way small and large businesses approach obtaining legal counsel.

As a graduate of the University of San Diego School of Law, Ms. Snyder returned to the Philadelphia area and co-founded and served as CFO and Corporate Counsel of a successful local construction company. Ms. Snyder then moved into private practice and began working for small and medium-sized law firms in the Philadelphia area before finally opening her own firm, SnyderLAW in March 2015.

Ms. Snyder’s founding vision for SnyderLAW was to develop a firm that is run more like a business than a typical law firm. With the goal of creating a firm that was “efficient, practical, and that put the client first,” Ms. Snyder’s firm specializes in corporate and intellectual property matters including business contracts, joint ventures, trademarks, patents, licensing and other technology-related transactions.

Scribe was developed by SnyderLAW as an innovative way to pay for legal services. The monthly subscription service allows clients to access legal advice at any given time without concern of exorbitant fees enabling business owners to accurately budget monthly legal expenses. After beta testing the service for a year, Scribe was recently released out of SnyderLAW’s main office in suburban Philadelphia.  This office services clients in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York, however, the service is available nationwide.  If there is not an attorney representative in a particular state, SnyderLAW will identify an appropriate and qualified attorney to represent that client’s needs in that particular state.

Scribe is especially appealing to start-up companies and entrepreneurs with limited capital enabling them to have an attorney handle the legal aspects of starting a business without worrying about hidden fees. This also makes small businesses more attractive to potential investors who feel more comfortable investing in a company that has its legal matters handled by an attorney.  Many manufacturing clients use the monthly subscription service to manage vendor contracts thus reducing some of the burden on back office staff.  Additionally, subscription clients are leveraging SnyderLAW’s deep intellectual property expertise to manage their portfolio of patents, trademarks, and trade secrets to help maintain a competitive advantage in the market place.

A Scribe subscription enables business owners to partner with their attorney contacts in an assortment of ways to protect and grow their businesses.  Whether it be relatively routine tasks such as trademarking the business name or protecting intellectual property with confidentiality and nondisclosure agreements or strategic activities such as  complex and expensive invention patents or agreements of sale, a Scribe subscription allows the business owner to focus on growing his or her business knowing that their legal matters are in the hands of a trusted advisor and partner.

NVdrones Announces DroneDeploy Compatibility and One-of-a-Kind Instant Flight Reports

PASADENA, CA – 10/19/2016 (PRESS RELEASE JET) — NVdrones, a start-up that provides cloud-based software solutions for drone fleet management, today announced compatibility with DroneDeploy flight logs as well as the ability to create beautiful and comprehensive flight reports at the push of a button.

NVDash, the company’s flagship product that hundreds of drone companies already use to manage their fleet, is now compatible with DroneDeploy, the leading cloud software platform for commercial drones. With this update, the data from any flight flown with the DroneDeploy mobile app can be easily uploaded to NVDash within seconds. This is optimal for companies looking to automate data recording processes, monitor equipment performance, as well as explore trends in flight characteristics.

“DroneDeploy shares our vision for automated, intelligent, and insightful data,” said Kevin Mukai, co-founder of NVdrones. “Not only regarding data about farms or construction sites but also regarding the drone and pilot themselves.”

DroneDeploy said in its official statement, “Direct access to actual flight logs that can be easily leveraged in software like NVdrones eliminates the tedious, manual data entry process for capturing flight data, and enables drone operators to easily track and monitor their drone flights for regulatory compliance, insurance and fleet maintenance.”

In addition to tracking and managing the usage of pilots, drones, and batteries, NVDash users can now generate beautiful and comprehensive flight reports at the push of a button. These PDF reports can be easily shared online with clients and/or downloaded for compliance purposes. With a 1-touch activation, users can instantly generate these flight reports that includes pilot, equipment, telemetry, airspace, and weather information, all done automatically.

NVdrones says feature rollout will be rapid in the coming 2-3 months – recent progress seems to validate that trend. In August of this year, NVdrones released its Android app, NVDash Mobile, promising to alleviate the pain of drone pilots logging flights in the field. Since then hundreds of companies have flocked to its solution praising its intelligent interface design, focus on checklist customization, as well as its partnership with industry-leader AirMap.

“Drone fleet management and analytics on flight operations are going to be valuable for commercial businesses. We are impressed by NVdrones’ velocity and excited to collaborate with them to provide a better experience for our joint customers,” said Manu Sharma, Product Manager at DroneDeploy.

For a limited time users can use both NVDash Web and Mobile for free on an unlimited basis.

NEW YORK, NY – 10/19/2016 (PRESS RELEASE JET) — 1st Art Gallery is announcing the availability of new “Aged & Cracked” fine art reproductions. Highly regarded for the detail-oriented approach employed by its talented artists, the newly available Craquelure process involves the use of vintage canvas as well as special oils.

Renowned for its unique ability to reproduce oil paintings completely indistinguishable from the original work of art, 1st Art Gallery is now announcing the availability of a new service that will add an even greater air of authenticity to each reproduced painting. Incorporating the new “Aged & Cracked” service along with its already extensive fine art reproduction capabilities, the company has further ensured its status as the foremost provider of museum-quality reproductions for fine art connoisseurs regardless of the subject, movement, or time period.

Through the use of vintage canvas, specially selected oils, and a highly technical approach employed by exceptionally talented and experienced reproduction artists, the “Aged & Cracked” process contributes to such a genuine and authentic appearance that countless museums and galleries have commissioned oil paintings from the fine art reproduction company to serve as temporary replacements while the originals are out on loan or in the process of being repaired or restored.

For collectors seeking a reproduction of a true masterpiece, the utilization of the “Aged & Cracked” process ensures that every last detail is thoughtfully considered in order to yield a museum-level quality work of art.

The Craquelure effect generated by this unique process is available to customers on an immediate basis, with the company indicating that its clients can request the inclusion of the “Aged & Cracked” process on any work of art provided it features a smooth surface texture. Since this may exclude oil paintings in which the artist favored a built-up approach in the application of the oils, the fine art reproduction company has requested that clients inquire regarding the availability of the “Aged & Cracked” style in the “additional comments” section of the order form.

About 1st Art Gallery

1st Art Gallery specializes in custom, hand-painted fine art reproductions covering all movements, subjects, and eras. Relying on talented and detail-oriented artists, each and every one of the company’s fine art reproductions involve a painstaking and handmade approach featuring only the highest quality oil paints and canvases.

The lessons from Carnegie’s bestselling book, “How to Win Friends and Influence People” will be brought into the classroom to help prepare high school students to succeed in the “real-world”.

On Tuesday, October 18, students from Hoover High School will participate in a leadership workshop hosted by Dale Carnegie’s Training of San Diego and Junior Achievement of San Diego County (JA). The event will be at Hoover High School, located at 4474 El Cajon Blvd., San Diego, 92115 from 10:45 A.M. to 12:45 P.M.

This initiative is also a part of the Global Day of Giving with 100+ global Dale Carnegie centers delivering complimentary leadership training to youth non-profits worldwide to celebrate Dale Carnegie’s 104th Anniversary,” said Brittany Schmid, President at Dale Carnegie Training of San Diego.

“As an organization that is dedicated to shaping our future industry leaders, Junior Achievement of San Diego County is excited to partner with Dale Carnegie Training of San Diego in providing soft skills training for Hoover’s student leadership,” said Flora Barron, Work-Based Learning Manager at Junior Achievement of San Diego. “We believe this type of training and the skills they will develop will make them more marketable and viable job candidates in the future.”

Conservis Announces A New CEO

MINNEAPOLIS, MN – 10/19/2016 /EASY NEWSWIRE/ — Conservis, the industry leader in Enterprise Agriculture Management (EAM), today announced that it has appointed Sherman Black as chief executive officer. Patrick Christie, founder and current CEO will continue to serve as a senior Conservis operating executive and as a member of the board of directors.

“Conservis is an amazing opportunity,” said Erik Torgerson, Chairman of the Board of Directors. “The company has  an established market presence, a first mover position in farming enterprise software, a strong customer base, an innovative product platform and is clearly positioned to expand its industry leading market position. In working with Patrick, it became clear that he wanted a more active customer and market-facing role. Patrick and the board felt the timing was right to add more operational bandwidth and experience to our leadership team. Sherman’s experience  will strengthen the company and better position Conservis to capitalize on our enormous market  opportunity.”

Torgerson praised Christie’s contributions, stating, “as one of the founders of Conservis, Patrick brings a unique understanding to the business and the evolving needs of our customers. Sherman’s addition to the team will allow Pat to assume the role of EVP of Business Development, and to focus his attention on growing our customer base, penetrating new markets, refining our global strategy and positioning the company to attract new  capital.”

“Farming is one of the last digital frontiers.” said Black. “When you take a snapshot of where agriculture is today, it resembles manufacturing 35 years ago. While the industry has invested heavily in on-farm technologies, as a whole it is still in the early stages of adopting modern software tools to manage the business of agriculture. I am looking forward to partnering with Patrick and the talented management team at Conservis to pursuing the most meaningful opportunity in my career. “

“I’ve been honored to lead the company to this point,” noted Christie. “I am proud of our accomplishments to date and more committed than ever to fulfilling the vision my fellow founders and I conceived 7 years ago, when we founded Conservis, and which we have evolved since then. Our entire team is excited to work with Sherman as we  execute  our  mission.”

Sherman Black is a seasoned leader with extensive senior executive experience at both public and private companies including Qumu, Rimage and Seagate Technology. Sherman brings a deep, hands-on understanding of creating and launching new products, designing and building sales and marketing models and driving operational   improvements.

LOS ANGELES, CA – 10/19/2016 (PRESS RELEASE JET) — Fashion Jewelry Item Available on Amazon

Lifetime Jewelry has announced they will be discounting their popular 2mm Rope Necklace. This renowned jewelry retailer has been in business since 1978 and is admired for their attention to detail and quality handcrafted jewelry. Their 2mm Gold Rope Chain features pure 24K gold and is designed to appeal to both women and men. The classic French rope style creates an unmistakable gold glistening effect and has a timeless dynamic style.

Founder and CEO of Lifetime Jewelry, Alex King describes some of the other qualities of this design that customers appreciate: “Anyone familiar with our company will know that we put our heart and soul into every jewelry item we create.  We refuse to settle for anything other than the best designs and superior quality. Our Rope Chains have an extra thick overlay of 24K gold to give the appearance of solid gold. Although these may look and feel like solid gold, they only cost a fraction of the price. We’re very confident that customers will respond favorably to this sales event, especially with the festive season rapidly approaching.”

The base metals used in Lifetime Jewelry items are a semi-precious blend that creates a lasting bond with the gold overlay. This creates a tarnish-resistant finish and a low maintenance item of jewelry suitable for sensitive skin. Leading LA Private Eye heads to NYC to stop female Trump detractors.

BEVERLY HILLS, CA – 10/15/2016 (PRESS RELEASE JET) — I am Frank J Monte, arguably the world’s most famous private investigator, some say infamous. Whatever, after 50 years I’m still here. I’m writing this to dispel the notion that I’m dangerous. And because many detractors have labelled me less than legal, whereas I’ve never been found guilty of any wrong doing. So before I begin working for Mr. Trump’s good name I wish to highlight what the press said about me when I showed a young lady wishing to enrich herself of $37 million that she was a total fraud. I believe by now that Mr. Trump’s detractors are of the same ilk.

I am often referred to as Los Angeles’ best, [formerly New York City’s, 1990’s], most infamous licensed private eye.

I’m the man who destroyed the Versace’s Fashion House’s chances of growing into a publicly traded company, I alleged publicly and in my auto-biography ‘The Spying Game’ [Pan MacMillan 2001-2003], that Donatella had conspired with the Mafia to kill her brother Gianni Versace in Miami. This has been borne out more by; Giuseppe Di Bella, a former member of the Calabrian Mafia known as the ‘Ndrangheta, who says in his book “Metastasis” (Italian for ‘a spreading cancer’) a hit was ordered on Versace who Di Bella claims was laundering money for the mob.

In August 2010 it was reported widely in the news that I, by unspoken threats and intimidation dashed the hopes of a young lady receiving Sexual Damages of $37 million [see Kristy Fraser-Kirk V David Jones Ltd. 2010], she ran away settling for $800k. See the Following stories for clarification.

http://www.theage.com.au/victoria/37m-sexbullying-case-david-jones-turned-blind-eye-claims-exemployee-20100802-113b0.html

I’m now heading to NYC to attack the credibility, discredit and reverse the statements of the female Trump detractors with my own brand of swashbuckling justice, and not intending to carry out any illegal acts such as bugging, breaking and entering, invasions of privacy or other crimes and misdemeanors.

I am also the recipient of such press accolades /titles in the 80’s as The World’s best Bug Man and similar examples of my work such as a 1979 mercenary expedition into Head hunter country, for Mary Rockefellers’ son’s Michael’s remains in Irian Jaya and delivering 400 mercenaries to Sheikh Rashid in Dubai in 1975 to fight what was then known as insurgents, now terrorists.

The NYC press labelled me in 1997-8, ‘The Best of the Best in Manhattan’ and ‘America’s Premier Private Eye’. Larry King said of me, ‘Frank Monte, The Best in the Business’. Dennis Prager said, ‘I’m fascinated by this man’, and Leeza Gibbons on her show in 1995 said ,’Frank Monte , you are James Bond,’ I’ve appeared over 1500 times in the US press, radio and TV in 1990’s. Partial list follows. A list of my clients appears on my firm’s web site. They include HRH. The Sultan of Johore, HRH. The Sheik of Dubai, The Rockefeller family, Oil and Tobacco companies, The Actors; Marlon Brando, Jack Nicholson, Mel Torme, Kiss, Neil Diamond, Frank Sinatra, Perry Farrell, Sidney Pollock, Jon Voight, Ted Danson, Peter Allen, Lainie Kazan, Mark Rydell, Gregory Peck, Aristotle Onassis, Sanford Meissner many Fortune 500 companies and several hundred multi nationals.

Miss Fraser-Kirk was heard to say, quoted in the SMH Aug. 2010 that she was ‘particularly intimidated’ and worried Frank Monte would harm others to intimidate her to drop the law suit, so that, ‘she regularly checks under her car.’

I know and first met Mr. Trump, being introduced to him at a function in 1990 by NYC Social Paparazzo and ex-Andy Warhol pal Patrick McMullen. During the time of Mr. Trump’s divorce from wife Ivanna.

I then resided in NYC’s Upper East Side until late 2001 and came across Mr. Trump socially on many occasions as we were at the same parties and functions. I was invited to his West Side openings and other events by our mutual publicists and friends, Nora Lawlor, Gus Ober and R. Couri Hay.

I introduced Lie Detection to much of S/East Asia/ Pacific Rim in the late 70’s and I still have offices, family and interests in Australia/Asia.

I intend to locate and interview the ladies in question and investigate them, thoroughly and quickly to dispel all this furor.

I seek no Government appointment when Mr. Trump ascends to the Presidency, a thank you will suffice.

Kind Regards,

Frank J Monte, President.

Ningbo, China – On October 17 2016, MakeX launched a Kickstarter campaign for M-Jewelry, a DLP 3D-printer specially designed for use by jewelers and dentists. Their last Kickstarter campaign, for the open source M-One 3D-printer, raised over $180,000 on the platform. Now the team of creative designers from the U.S. and China is back on the crowdfunding platform to raise money for their newest 3D-printer.

“M-Jewelry has revolutionized 3D printing for jewelers, dentists and professional designers,” the creators explain, “Born to help designers achieve outstanding results, M-Jewelry efficiently prints high precision designs.”

The M-Jewelry is perfect for jewelry making and medical applications because of its ability to print small objects with high resolution. The M-Jewelry features an XY Resolution of 32 and 50 microns and a build volume of 64 x 40 x 130MM.

This 3D-printer was designed to be simple to use and hassle free, allowing you to print wirelessly without pesky cords getting in the way. Users can control the M-Jewelry using the small touch screen, which gives users all the power they need at right at their fingertips.

“M-Jewelry is the most affordable professional DLP 3D printer currently available on the market, perfectly meeting the ultra-high needs of jewelers and dentists,” says the team, “The best part is that it only costs around 1/4 to 1/2 of that of other 3D printers with the same features! Jewelers, dentists as well as 3D printing enthusiast are welcomed to be our first backers.”

In exchange for pledging to the project, backers can gain access to a variety of rewards including the new M-Jewelry 3D-printer starting at $1,999.

Narrated by Academy Award© winner Tilda Swinton and chocked with a star-studded soundtrack from international recording artists, Letters from Generation Rx details how the careless use of prescription psychotropic drugs has created an avalanche of devastating consequences for many. It is being offered free-of-charge by the filmmaker for a limited time.

USA – 10/19/2016 (PRESS RELEASE JET) — Veteran documentary film Director Kevin P. Miller of Kola Films LLC announced today that his international award-winning documentary, Letters from Generation Rx will be offered free to the public through the film’s website, LettersFromGenerationRx.com for a limited time. The documentary, narrated by Academy Award© winner Tilda Swinton, is a follow-up to Miller’s groundbreaking 2009 film, Generation Rx, which questioned the science behind drugging millions of children and teens with psychiatric drugs.

The new film offers fresh perspectives from parents, families and others, and illustrates how the cavalier use of these drugs has created a new class of disability, a bevy of underreported side effects, and other tragic and unintended consequences. “For decades, we have been told that antidepressants, antipsychotic, benzodiazepines, and ADHD drugs were scientifically proven to be safe and effective,” Miller says. “Our interviews with experts, not to mention our intense examination of the data, proves those claims to be patently false.”

The Director, who teamed with Producer Todd Harris, claims Letters from Generation Rx would never have happened if not for an outpouring of more than 2,000 letters from parents, teens, teachers and loved ones who shared their stories. “The stories were so heart-wrenching, so powerful, and came in such extraordinary volume that I was forced to act.”

“No other film has provided a forum for understanding why things are the way they are as powerfully as this documentary,” said Dr. Bonnie Kaplan from the University of Calgary, who studies the role nutrition plays in mental illness and brain development. “If we truly want to understand these powerful drugs, people need to watch Letters from Generation Rx.” The film features N.Y. Times bestselling author Robert Whitaker (Anatomy of an Epidemic), Dr. David Healy (Pharmageddon), psychiatrist Dr. Peter Breggin (Your Drug May Be Your Problem), Dr. Joanna Moncrieff and Irving Kirsch, fresh off a 60 Minutes appearance for his book, The Emperor’s New Drugs. The film also features interviews with Dr. Thomas Insel, the former director of the National Institutes of Mental Health, in addition to psychiatrists, journalists, academics and dozens of patients who were never warned about the potential dangers of psychiatric drugs.

“We are offering the film for free to help educate others and to save lives,” Miller says, “because for us, this has never been about making money. When you travel the world and interview as many people as I have about the use of prescription psychiatric drugs, one quickly learns that people are not making decisions based on all of the facts. These drugs are every bit as dangerous as Opioids, but are woefully underreported. This film offers an informed choice to millions and, we hope, will save countless lives.”

Letters from Generation Rx also highlights an unmatched soundtrack and features a rare John Lennon song, How, personally approved by Mr. Lennon’s widow, Yoko Ono. The song was re-recorded by Anja Øyen Vister of the band, Flunk, from Norway, who also contributed three other songs to the soundtrack with her bandmates, guitarist Jo Bakke, drummer Erik Ruud, and producer Ulf Nygaard.

The film will stream for free for a limited time, beginning on October 18 at LettersFromGenerationRx.com
