This sets the trimmer a notch higher than its competition.

“Working with Shearline™ 2.0 is like having 36 pairs of super sharp scissors, cutting at 2,000 cuts per minute, at your disposal,” Hall said further noting that the blade requires machine grade oil such as a fluid film which is a safe, non-solvent high-temperature oil. “Steer clear of food type oils such as olive or palm oil,” he cautions.

Shearline™ 2.0 has a two horsepower suction unit that can be easily switched to 110 volts. It has a blower that provides strong and controllable suction and custom made double bags that consist of an outer 25micron felt bag and a 200-micron inner nylon – the two work as a separating system. Small particles make their way through the 200-micron bag are collected in the 25-micron bag, this ensures no product gets lost as would be the case in hand trimming. As Bill Baer, company president, nears the 20th anniversary of stepping out on his own and starting a video production company here in Phoenix, he decided that it was time to do an overhaul of his company’s website. While working with some great designers, the first step was to take a good long look in the mirror so that he could fully explain what Baerclaw Productions is, what they do and what makes them special.

“Our mantra at Baerclaw Productions is that we are ‘Your Resource For ALL Things Video’ and my goal was to show to all who visit our website why we believe that to be true,” explains Bill Baer when asked about the inspiration behind his company’s new website design. “After coming up with the basic design of the website, it was time to hunker down at my desk, close my office door and start writing to fully explain why Baerclaw Productions has been a trusted partner for the hundreds of clients that we have worked with over the years.”

Baer started by going back through a list of all of the projects that Baerclaw Productions has completed since 1997; and while daunting, it turned into a pretty awesome exercise. One of his original thoughts was to count all of the projects that the company had completed and he got to the point where the number was just too big and it became a number without any substance. So the company president shifted gears and started looking at 20 years’ worth of videos and projects to group them into unique categories. Baer ended up with eight categories including corporate videos, web videos, training videos, nonprofit videos, product launch videos, commercials & public service announcements, television programming and animation/green screen videos. Now he was adding some validation to Baerclaw’s mantra, but was far from being done. As he began assigning projects to each video production category, an unbelievable number of stories and memories started flowing from his fingers. Each project brought back memories of the great people that the company had worked with, the organizations that they had helped and the stories that they had been able to share using the power of video.

“We have just launched our new website, baerclawproductions.com, and while it took months to complete, it was absolutely worth it. As I look at it in its’ entirety, it reinforces my belief that we have done amazing, creative work, had the opportunity to work with great clients and tell some amazing stories. In 1998, the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) authorized automated electronic exchanges in the U.S. markets. Barely a year later, the first High Frequency Trading (HFT) electronic systems were developed, cutting down trade execution to a few seconds. By 2010 this had been reduced to milliseconds and as of today we are dealing with a hundredth of a microsecond.

The possibility now inches towards picoseconds and nanoseconds. To further illustrate the scale of this type of transaction, modern HFT systems can even trade a profit of several cents per trade and the process can be repeated several thousand times a minute!

What is at play in these High Frequency Trading systems is known as algorithmic trading. In this kind of trading all the financial information needed for trading is run through computer codes. This information is not delivered as stories and sentences. It is processed as data in the form of hard, actionable data clusters which the news represents.

The crowdfunding campaign’s goal is to raise $320,000 USD to construct a new vocational center to transform people’s lives.

A crowd funding campaign, which has been described as one of the most important for NNC’s existence was launched on the generosity.com platform. The campaign launched by John Havican on behalf of Nguyen Nga Center aims to raise $320,000 for the construction of a new vocational center which will change the lives of disabled people.

To many a new building is not of great importance. However, for the people of Quy Nhon, Viet Nam, this new building will change lives. As a representative from the non-for-profit vocational center explained,

“It will provide a safe, accessible building to continue and improve our programs to help the disabled people in our community learn skills needed to find work, gain pride and self-confidence.”

There are many people in Viet Nam who need help, each day disabled people are struggling, and seeking professional help, guidance, and support; the intervention that NNC provides. However, in their current building the help they provide is limited. This is why the crowdfunding campaign is so important and why the new Tower of Hope needs to be built.

The Tower of Hope will be a multi-level structure providing disabled people with a safe, accessible environment which will provide the love, care, training and education they need to overcome obstacles and lead a better, more fulfilling life.

KANSAS CITY, MO – 12/15/2016 — Poe Man’s Dream Foundation is proud to announce that the winner of the first annual Poe Man’s Challenge was Kendael Amstead and Derrion Williams who pitched Jen Taylor’s The Selling Company. The winners will each receive a $500 scholarships from the Poe Man’s Dream Foundation and tickets, courtesy of Polsinelli Law Firm, to this week’s Chiefs vs. Titans game.

“I have done several Shark Tank events with students but this topped the list for being my favorite,” said Jen Taylor, Founder of The Selling Company. “The environment was what set everything apart. It was comfortable and trendy so the kids actually wanted to be there. It was a true community event and I have never seen so much glam and outreach to help support the kids. Everyone was a winner and all the kids were psyched to be there.”

Dream Big, Build Strong

The Poe Man’s Challenge was the first event that the Poe Man’s Dream foundation held in Kansas City. The challenge was also a fundraiser to raise money to support the programs the foundation will be running like the three month Dream Big, Build Strong program for middle school kids. The Poe Man’s Dream Foundation hopes to expand its programs and partnerships to give the youth of Kansas City the resources and help they need to thrive.

“These kids did a great job pitching,” said Dontari Poe, Poe Man’s Dream Foundation founder and Kansas City Chiefs Nose Tackle. “They got me thinking of some ideas for new businesses. I just might have to hit them up to come make them happen.”

The event ran from 6pm till 9pm and was emceed by radio personality Bob Fescoe of 610 AM Sports Radio and Dee Jackson of KSHB NBC 41 Action News Sports Anchor. Each team had 3 minutes to pitch their company, followed by 3 minutes of questions from judges Polsinelli’s Greg Kratofil, Think Big’s Herb Sih, Councilman Quinton Lucas, Techstars’ Lesa Mitchell, Harlem Globetrotters’ Handles Franklin, and KC Chief’s Dontari Poe. The judging criteria was skewed more towards the student’s grasp of the company rather than the idea itself since each team was randomly paired together.

Students from Allen Village, Big Brothers, Big Sisters, and Males to Men participated in the event. Entrepreneurs from local KC startups FEWDM, Idlesmart, Blooom, 2020 Adventures, Start Talking, Dreams KC, The Selling Company, PreScreend, and MADI Apparel spend half a day making their teams “founders for a day.” Organizations like C.E.E.D., Males to Men, LiveKC, ServeKC, and PREP-KC were instrumental in helping coordinate the challenge. Local sponsors included Black & Veatch, Kauffman Foundation, and Hunt Family Foundation who along with ticket sales and silent auction items, resulted in Poe Man’s Dream Foundation raising over $10,000 dollars for future initiatives.

During the “Christmas in October” event in Kansas City, Renner Supply donated and installed a Delden model “Delcraft” with a LiftMaster electric opener for a Kansas City, KS Home Owner.

Kansas City, Missouri (getnews) December 16, 2016 – “Christmas in October” is a volunteer organization with a mission to bring volunteers and communities together to improve the homes of the elderly, disabled and low-income families in the Greater Kansas City Area.


Renner Supply Company, the leading garage door installation and garage door repair participated in the “Christmas in October” event in Kansas City, KS by donating and installing a 7’8″x 6’3″ Delden model Delcraft 138 (commonly called a DC-138) with a LiftMaster 8365 electric opener.
