SEI Club Elite Dating Continues Expansion To Asia

LOS ANGELES CA – 21 May, 2016 – SEI Club, the dating playground for millionaires and billionaires, is continuing its expansion into the Asian market.

The exclusive, members-only dating and matchmaking service has been expanding its operations and its latest moves into the Asian market are part of its growth strategy, a spokesperson for the service said.

“With the enormous growth of the economy in many Asian countries, there are more successful professional singles who want to find a true romantic partner,” the spokesperson said. “Those are the people who are our target demographic, and we’re always working to find new ways to serve them.”

In late 2015 the service announced that it was expanding into Hong Kong and Singapore. Other locations are being carefully considered based on population, relative affluence and other metrics.

SEI Club works to connect affluent professional single men and women. One of the things that sets the service apart is its highly rigorous screening and application process. Each potential member must apply and then go through several layers of screening, including in-person meetings with someone from SEI Club’s executive team. The screening looks at each applicant’s attractiveness, education, professional success and personality. SEI Club reviews show the service works well for its members.

“We only accept the highest-caliber, most accomplished single men and women,” the spokesperson said. “We also only accept applicants who we believe are going to be able to form fulfilling romantic relationships with our members. Simple affluence is not enough. In order to become a member of SEI Club, someone also has to be a genuinely good, positive, healthy, bright person.”

In all, less than 35 percent of applicants are accepted, making the service extremely exclusive. There is also a financial requirement for membership, with basic memberships starting at $1,200 and other ranging up to $300,000. The service has also introduced what it calls the “Million Dollar Membership,” where members who pay $1,000,000 have access to unlimited matches for an unlimited period of time, anywhere in the world.

“We serve the financially, socially and culturally elite,” the spokesperson said. “We’ve found that there was interest from some of our member in a plan that would remove all restrictions, allowing them to find the right match on their own terms.” SEI club reviews showcase satisfied members – both gentlemen and women.

The cost is part of the way that the club ensures that every member is actually serious about finding a match. Once accepted, members are presented with a portfolio of potential matches based on their romantic preferences and relationship goals. Some members are looking for a long-term romantic partner, while others want to meet multiple people for casual dates and to see where things lead.

LOS ANGELES, CA – 21 May, 2016 – A private partnership has sold its Brentwood office building at 11826 San Vicente Boulevard for $9,350,000 to an “all cash” buyer. 

“Commercial properties rarely trade on San Vicente in Brentwood,” T.C. Macker, CCIM said. “We had a lot of interested parties and ultimately sold at a high price per square foot.” The 6,350 square foot building on 8,751 square feet of land was vacant at close of escrow.

“Trump It” Is A Game For Those Who Really Love Donald Trump

With TRUMP becoming the Republican nominee, American politics has become a heated topic around the world.  Game developers are taking their art to express their opinion with the presidential debate.  With the popularity of social media, all I see is “Trump this, Trump that” all over my newsfeed.  Now enters #TRUMPIT with Trump the most interesting mobile game take on the presidential candidate.

 

TRUMP IT puts you in the shoes of Trump and your mission is to become the POTUS by defeating monsters stage after stage until you collect all the states and win the nomination.  By tapping away on the bar you must defeat the obstacle in front of you.  Add up continuous taps and Trump spins his hair like a tornado (we all love his hair).  But it doesn’t stop there.  Miss your taps enough times and Trump turns into poop.  Check out the gameplay below.

When I downloaded and played the game, I found it very easy to pick up and extremely difficult to put down.  The music is great and the game makes you want to keep going and going just like an energizer bunny.  Aside from the interesting gameplay, the artwork is great.  You don’t only get to use Trump in his Trump branded suit wearing his Trump branded tie, you can also choose Boxing Trump, Cowboy Trump, and even NASA Trump.  Most interesting of all, drink beer to gain health!  Exactly what everyone dreams of.

The technology is analyzed by CFD-simulations and tested in towing tanks. InSvivia is now searching for new investors to realize the project as a commercial ship, defense or yacht. They confirm that the shipping industry is very conservative and monopolistic, but this technology is so extreme that you can call it for a new transport method where they hope to reach investors both inside and outside the industry.

Philippine President-Elect Blasts Catholic Church, Clergy: Wave Of Future Says Bible Prophecy Author

Some government leaders may be getting tired of being told by church leaders what to do. It’s happening in the Philippines. Doing the church’s bidding won’t be good for Europe re refugees.

Davao City Mayor Rodrigo Duterte cited his win for presidency by 6 million votes as evidence of the church’s irrelevance after their strong opposition to him. (ABC News/AP 5-22-16)

Calling the bishops “sons of bitches” and hypocrites for living high when many in the country can’t afford food, Duterte said he would continue to publicly disclose “the sins of the Catholic church and whether or not you are still relevant,” adding that he believes in God, but not religion!

Duterte’s challenge on the church’s relevance is an echo of Martin Luther’s challenge 500 year ago, 1517. Luther was a devout priest when he visited Rome, but “turn where he would…he found profanation. “No one can imagine,” he wrote, “what sins and infamous actions are committed in Rome; they must be seen and heard to be believed. Thus they are in the habit of saying, ‘If there is a hell, Rome is built over it: it is an abyss whence issues every kind of sin.'”–History of the Reformation, D’Aubigne, book. 2, chapter. 6.

The Bible offers similar imagery in Revelation’s 17th chapter where a woman is in bed with governments and kings. She is decked in gold (a wealthy church) and scarlet (color of cardinals) and drunken with the blood of saints for her use of governments to punish heretics, says Dr. Richard Ruhling, author on Bible prophecy who says before the end of the chapter, the whore is hated and made desolate.

He notes that America was colonized by Protestants fleeing the Old World at the same time priests were colonizing Latin America, but after 200+ years, most of those poor people want to come to America, and since Reagan agreed with John Paul to open our southern border, America’s been changing, says Ruhling.

Luther championed the Bible truth of righteousness by faith. It means we become righteous by what we believe. It was against what the [Catholic] church taught that works, penance, pilgrimages or payments must also be made, according to their traditional teachings. If we believe we can pay the priest for our sin and be forgiven, we can do it again, and pay again. But this cheapens the idea that Christ paid for our sins with His blood and we must choose to repent as the Bible teaches and no money is needed, says Ruhling.

Ruhling claims Europe is making a tragic mistake doing the pope’s bidding on refugees. The UN’s New World Order will result in a huge “melting pot” that Revelation 17 calls Babylon—a mass of confused systems and ideologies where every kind of lifestyle is okay—just don’t call it sin.
