WHAT IS dcFlairCast AND HOW DOES IT WORK?

The dcFlairCast system consists of a patent pending, proprietary “box” that goes between your third-party provider (Cable/Satellite/FIOS/DVD/Custom) and your TVs. The “box” is HDMI/Wi-Fi and Cat 6 equipped. Once installed, powered and web connected, the dcFlairCast box is controlled by a web-based portal, accessible anywhere web service is available on any computer (Desktop, Laptop, Tablet, Smart-Phone) platform device.

The Android-based software and custom board appliance produce a “5-Zone Image” on each TV. Zone 1 is the live TV broadcast (or whatever input is used, i.e., YouTube, DVD, Computer output, other). Zone 2 is changeable (in real time) digital slides. Zone 3 is a scrolling ‘ticker’ than can be programmed or changed in real time. Zone 4 is a static date/time. Zone 5 is a static image, typically a location for a branded logo of the bar, restaurant or nightclub. The web-based portal is very simple and intuitive to use. Owners/Operators can pre-program branding messages and “Set it and Forget it” OR change the branding messages in real-time. There is no delay or ‘lag’ time. Once updated in the web portal, the TV will reflect any changes made almost instantly. Images (Logos, pictures, flyers, digital slides, announcements, etc.) for the branding elements are easily uploaded and stored to the web-based portal.

The 5-Zone platform produces a TV image that is about 75% live broadcast and 25% branding/marketing messages. During the 2 year testing period in Atlanta, research and feedback indicated upwards of a 30%+ INCREASE in sales of items featured in the messaging. Feedback, over the last 90 days in the current Washington, DC launch, has indicated the same if not higher sales increases. NO complaints were ever noted or received from consumers. In fact, many customers thought it was some sort of, “very expensive, custom advertising channel provided by local cable providers.”

PAC Plans Defeat Of Key Politicians Responsible for Illegal Immigration

ALIPAC, which played a key role in the defeat of Eric Cantor in 2014, is calling for volunteers and donors to help mount an effort to defeat four targeted politicians who support amnesty and other benefits for illegal immigrants in the GOP primaries of 2016.

The four targeted GOP primary campaigns are state Rep. Harry Warren‘s campaign for Congress in NC’s new 13th Congressional district, DC lobbyist Taylor Griffin who is challenging Congressman Walter Jones Jr. in NC’s new 3rd district, Speaker Paul Ryan (R-WI-2), and Senator John McCain (R-AZ).

Volunteers and donors are being asked to help make calls to core GOP households in these districts and to fund letters from ALIPAC’s President William Gheen warning Republican voters about the responsibility Warren, Griffin, Ryan, and McCain have for America’s costly and deadly illegal immigration crisis.  ALIPAC also hopes to help marshal national attention on defeating these amnesty backing candidates.

“Each of these men support the US Chamber of Commerce and illegal immigrants more than American citizens,” saidWilliam Gheen, President of ALIPAC“All four of them can be defeated this year if enough Republican voters are reminded of and educated about these corrupt politicians who support taxpayer benefits and amnesty for illegal aliens.”

Senator John McCain

Speaker Paul Ryan:  Paul Ryan has supported amnesty for illegal immigrants, dangerous Muslim refugee resettlement programs, and Barack Hussein Obama, much to the disappointment of Republican voters who gave the GOP historic power in Congress over the last few election cycles to stop Obama/Ryan’s omnibus spending bill passed last December, which funded Obama’s unconstitutional amnesty orders that 26 states are suing to stop, Obama’s dangerous Syrian refugee resettlement programs, more than 4 billion dollars in EIC tax credits for illegal immigrants, Obamacare, and Sanctuary cities.  At the same time, Ryan’s despicable funding bill quadruples H-2B visas to replace US workers and flood America with more hyper immigration levels while failing to fund the border fencing promised by Congress!  ALIPAC is working to support Ryan’s GOP primary challenger Paul Nehlen.

DC Lobbyist Taylor Griffin:  Taylor Griffin is a former DC lobbyist who has been transplanted into NC’s 3rd district by other Wall Street lobbyists to try to defeat incumbent Congressman Walter Jones Jr.  While Jones has stood steadfastly against the big DC money efforts to grant amnesty to illegal aliens, he is now being targeted for removal by the corrupt DC insiders.  A recent analysis of Griffin’s campaign finance reports by The Daily Haymaker found that more than 88% of his campaign funds are coming from outside of North Carolina with heavy hitter illegal alien amnesty backing billionaires like Paul Singer. Also of note, associates of amnesty supporter John Boehner are also funding Griffin’s attempt to unseat Walter Jones!

Harry Warren:  Harry Warren received praise from all of the Spanish language media in North Carolina last year when he was the primary sponsor of HB 328 which would give driver licenses to illegal immigrants which polls show most citizens opposeALIPAC fought to successfully stop Warren’s bill in the NC legislature and is now asking voters to reject Warren’s bid for higher office in NC’s newly drawn 13th Congressional district.

BizSmart Publishing begins the search for professional service firm owners to be included in their upcoming book project that will benefit the Prosperous Living Achievement Center (PLAC) of Raleigh, NC.

Donna Gunter, President of BizSmart Publishing, confirmed they have officially launched a nationwide search for business professionals and business owners to be featured in the upcoming book, Be the Spark: Lessons Learned from Starting a Business.

Explaining the search process, Gunter said, “This is an important book for us, so we’ll be reaching out to a select group of business professionals and business owners we feel are true educators and advocates for their clients in North America, while at the same time committing to spread the word about a great organization like Prosperous Living Achievement Center (PLAC).”

BizSmart Publishing has pledged 100% of the royalties from the retail sales of the book to be donated to Prosperous Living Achievement Center (PLAC).

Prosperous Living Achievement Center (PLAC), a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization, was established in July of 2011. It, however, started its operations in 2008 by providing leadership programs in Raleigh that served economically disadvantaged, at-risk children who are experiencing behavioral and academic problems. Presently, it is benefiting many underprivileged children and families by providing them with academic, social, and emotional supports and assistance.

PLAC is dedicated to pursuing its initiative of preparing every youth in its service area to excel as young leaders of tomorrow. They equip the youth with academic excellence to help them face the challenges that await them beyond the classroom in a safe, nurturing, and highly-structured environment.

Scheduled for a mid-summer release, Be the Spark: Lessons Learned from Starting a Business, will spotlight each of the professionals and business owners selected from this search, sharing their insights and real world experience on the life and business lessons they have learned from flexing their entrepreneurial muscles and starting their own businesses.

Gunter added,This book isn’t just about entrepreneurship. The business professionals we select are passionate about helping their own clients as well as giving a hand up to upcoming entrepreneurs. They will answer the most common questions and bust the myths and misconceptions so many people have about business startup. Be the Spark: Lessons Learned from Starting a Business will cover how business owners found their target market, how they got started, mistakes they made along the way, and what they would do differently if starting again. It’s the kind of valuable information that is rarely shared or talked about but is so vital to up-and-coming business owners.”

With several industry leaders expressing interest in participating, BizSmart Publishing is expected to make an announcement revealing the final selections by early summer 2016.

However, Gunter asserted, “One of the reasons we launched this search is because we didn’t want to go the route of filling this book with the stereotypical ‘Experts.’  This search would be unnecessary if that was the case. Instead, we’re seeking successful local and regionally-based business leaders who would love to share their stories for a great cause.

“We anticipate a lot of exposure around this project, for both Prosperous Living Achievement Center (PLAC), and the people we select to feature in the book, so we really want to showcase those business professionals who are actually in the trenches, working hard every day and willing to share that experience to benefit a great cause and the success of startup entrepreneurs.  That’s what will make this a win-win-win project.”

AR Authority Publishing selected Crisol Proyectos Sociales to donate the retail royalties of their upcoming series of books.

May 12, 2016 – AR Authority Publishing has been chosen as Crisol Proyectos Sociales – a non-profit organization focused on education and skills development intending to provide deprived sectors with the tools necessary to play an active social organizational role – to donate the retail royalties of their upcoming series of books.

Ana Rosenberg, President of AR Authority Publishing said: “We are thrilled to have chosen Crisol to donate the retail royalties of our forthcoming series of books and most importantly, to help spread the word about their good cause.  Giving young people the skills and training they need to find a valuable place in society instead of giving them just a hand-down is key to finishing with poverty and suffering.”

When asked about the reasons for this selection, Rosenberg stated that “Crisol was created in 1994 by an interdisciplinary group of social sciences professionals. These are people professionally trained to help in the most effective way. It intends to reflect and contribute with new ideas to enrich public policies and to promote social projects focused on the most vulnerable population: those persons living in extremely poor neighborhoods and rural areas. Crisol has also the experience in helping effectively. They have been working for over 22 years developing two areas (Social Counseling and Community Development) to learn more about Argentina’s social reality, through research and investigation for the subsequent field work to foster transformation and to improve life quality standards among the poorest sectors of the population.”

The first book in the AR Authority Publishing series is called “Confidence – How To Go For What You Really, Really, REALLY Want And Stay Strong No Matter What” and will feature professionals, coaches and trainers who are true advocates for the success of the person who feels that a lack of confidence is the only obstacle standing between them and their success.

Crisol helps by developing programs aimed at specially addressed to vulnerable sectors, especially the youth. It implements artistic, cultural and educational projects aimed at social inclusion. Its endeavors are focused on education and skills development intending to provide deprived sectors with the tools necessary to play an active social organizational role. It intends to get youngsters to participate in creative activities to increase self-esteem and provide them with better conditions to continue their education and allow them to get a job.
