Tampere, Finland – March 2016 – Piceasoft’s PiceaEraser™ is the world`s first product to pass the ADISA Claims Test process for mobile erasure. The forensic tests were carried out by Professor Andrew Blyth, Head of Information Security from University of South Wales and ascertained whether data was recoverable on a device once PiceaEraser™ had been executed on it. Claims test result was: Pass on all devices tested – all forensic data recovery techniques, up to and including ADISA Test Level 1, failed to recover any data.

The technology tested was the Piceasoft Ltd PiceaEraser™ 3, which is available to all channels, service hubs and retail shops. PiceaEraser™’s unique and patented browser based online version targets consumer and corporate segments.

It started with a video “Straight Outta Beverly Hills” about the Lucci quadruplets who were born and raised in Beverly Hills until they entered the foster care system on Christmas Eve at age 11. Overnight the video attracted thousands of views and an outpour of love and support after shedding light on growing up in the foster care system.

The video was shot by Jade Collins-Parnell a film student at the prestigious Pratt Institute in Brooklyn New York, which was ranked in the U.S. News & World Report  as being one of the top 20 best colleges in the north. A triplet herself Jade met the 19 year old quadruplets Bianca, Madison, Tiffany, and Paris Lucci, growing up in Beverly Hills.

Surviving every imaginable hardship the video is a glimpse into the quadruplet’s heart wrenching story of first over coming abuse and then ending up in the foster care system at age 11. The Lucci sisters were eventually split up and spent several years in and out of various foster homes and group homes. While in the system they filled their “black plastic garbage bag” multiple times moving from one place to the next. Many times the few things they owned were lost, stolen or just left behind.

Their strength shines through in the video where viewers will find themselves rooting for them when they defy all odds and not only graduate from high school but go onto college.

The average foster child moves an average of seven times before the age of 18.When a social worker arrives to pick up a foster child to move them to a new home; they bring a black, plastic garbage bag for the child to put his or her possessions in. In May during National Foster Care Awareness Month the Lucci Quadruplets will be launching their non-profit foundation called Case of Love. Their mission is to provide children entering foster care with a duffel bag containing brand new belongings to help ease their transition into foster care.

Over 50 local unsung heroes in Doncaster have been recognised by local Entrepreneur Shane Bratby at his inaugural Recognition Day awards. Taking place at the iconic Mansion House building in the centre of Doncaster on 20th January 2016, the event was set up to recognise citizens who ‘do the right thing’ to support others and go the extra mile. Shane Bratby, a 31 year old Doncaster resident who suffers from Fredrichs Ataxia, was inspired to create this event after a recent stay in hospital. It was during this stay where staff went above and beyond to care for him and save his life. Shane said ‘We need an event like this. When you give gratification it is the best feeling in the world.’

Of the invited guests, 3 took away the top prizes on the evening. The Goodwill Charity award recognised the work done by SSAFA which is an armed forces charity supporting ex-servicemen and women. Legacy Church, an organisation who support local vulnerable students and provide gifts for the children’s ward at Doncaster Royal Infirmary, won the Goodwill Business Award.

Finally, Tony Steppeck who raised £10,500 for Weston Park Hospital was presented with the Goodwill Citizen award.

The awards were presented by Civic Mayor David Nevett and Deputy Civic Mayoress Kathleen Nevett.

Coleman, Florida – March 14, 2016 – Once again we are confronted with a case of the Government trampling on the rights of its citizens. In this case, Asha Kani Spaulding, a Georgia resident at the time of this illegal funds seizure, had the money in her account stolen by the underhanded tactics of the Statesboro Police Department. Det. Sgt. James Winskey, filed an Ex Parte Order on Geo-Vista Credit Union and swiped out the $61,750.71 that was in her account. An Ex Parte Order is a one-sided Order that means the opposing party was not heard or able to defend themselves. Officer Winskey, did not follow the new law “The Georgia Uniform Civil Forfeiture Procedures Act”.

Officer Winskey stated in his notice of claim that he investigated the case working with the IRS, however he admits to doing a one day investigation. This one day investigation was done almost 1 year after Spaulding’s case was closed. Spaulding was not served the “Process of Service” (which is needed to give the court jurisdiction). No lien was ever filed, no complaint from the State of Georgia, was ever filed. Judge John Turner was led to believe the money was proceeds of drug activity. The question is when an officer of the court shows this much blatant disregard for the law for how can he be trusted to serve and protect others? How many times has officer James Winskey, robbed before with his magic tricks, was there a conspiracy?

What is going on here is a violation of Asha’s Constitutional Right of Due Process. Also, the documents filed in the case indicate that they were holding Asha to the same standards of an attorney, another civil rights violation. This is how the government operates. Fox News has been reporting about the Feds seizing funds from small businesses who operate with a lot of cash, and then not giving it back. Small business owners, as well as private citizens like Asha, do not have funds to fight the government.

Fortunately for Asha, she does not stand alone, nor is she the type of person that will take this sitting down. With the recent stock market correction, many investors have been painfully reminded of the risks they are taking in order to try to get healthy returns over the long term.  That’s the bad news.  The good news is that they may not have to take any market risks and still be able to outperform the market long term.

There is an asset class that was created in the 1980s called guaranteed indexed accounts (GIAs), which are part of the growing list of “structured products”.  A structured product is one in which different assets are merged into one asset, thus providing the benefits of multiple asset classes in one asset.

GIAs are offered by both banks and insurance companies.  The first GIA was created by JP Morgan Chase in the 1980s and was called an indexed CD (ICD).  An ICD provides the safety of a CD with the upside potential of various markets (stocks, bonds and commodities).  ICDs continue to be offered today by the largest banks, though usually not at the retail level.  The one downside to ICDs are that they are not tax efficient.

Two other types of GIAs are offered by life insurance companies and are known as fixed indexed annuities (FIA) and indexed universal life (IUL).

FIAs offer the safety of A-rated life insurance companies and the contractual guarantees of a fixed annuity, and they provide the upside potential of various markets (stocks and bonds).  They have the additional benefit of offering tax-deferred gains.

IUL also offers the safety of A-rated life insurance companies and the contractual guarantees of fixed universal life insurance, and it provides the upside potential of various markets (stocks, bonds, real estate and commodities).  IUL also offers the potential for all gains to be tax free.  What many investors are surprised to learn about IUL, is that it can be structured to be 100% liquid (with no surrender charges), the cost of the death benefit can be less than the cost of mutual funds, and the historical return for some of the indices (plural of index) has been higher than the underlying market indices—all with no market risk and no taxes.  There is no perfect asset, but this may be the ultimate asset.

GIAs allow investors to “have their cake and eat it too”—market-linked returns without market risk.  That is good news at a time many investors are only hearing bad news.  Look at it this way:  you insure your house, cars and other assets—maybe it’s time to insure some of your portfolio with guaranteed indexed accounts.
