WCC is an app designed to empower and change the way politics is done in the country right now. Big money and the one percenters seem to have a bigger influence on politics, taking away the “one person, one vote,” rules that are supposed to decide how the country is governed. Big money and corporate interests, and the Supreme Court ruling on Citizens United stating that those entities can be counted as people, can make the common citizen disillusioned and disheartened by politics. Now we can regain our voice, one legislative vote at a time.
WCC organizes a weekly download and presentation of all the available federal legislation from both congressional chambers, in committee or awaiting floor votes, for citizen assessment. Now, through this tool, Americans can control a yes or no “citizen vote,” in WCC called a “C-CLIP”, Citizens Congressional Interest Point, which is joined in the WCC algorithm to generate a bar code vote-key that is mailed to elected representatives and accounted for through WCC’s bar-code scanner reading module. All personal information remains private.
Now consider the powerful messagethis mass of mail delivers. The metrics can also be viewed directly online. This constituency services tool makes it easier for “we the people,” as the managing citizens and the United States public, to inform and even demand greater action from elected officials, at all levels, local, state, and national. It creates an environment that requires more accountability from our representatives. Also, it becomes a great tracking tool for re-election qualifications. Now there will be a way to see if they are listening to the people. United citizens have more power than “Citizens United.”
