Printec has severed its relationship with GOT Interface (Galvin One Touch Interface). GOT Interface was formerly a Printec East Coast sales representative, and was formerly authorized to operate under the name Printec USA concurrently with Printec’s fully owned West Coast facility in Fullerton California.
Printec has recently received notifications from several customers that false misleading statements are being made by GOT Interface to the effect that Printec is no longer in business. We want to emphatically clear up any resulting confusion in the marketplace.
Printec USA in Fullerton, remains the same fully owned Printec facility that has been serving Printec’s North American customers for decades. Printec is a globally-recognized expert in the designing, engineering and manufacturing of Human Machine Interfaces (HMIs), provides complete logistics and warehousing services, and is fully compliant with ISO 9001:2008, ISO 13485:2003, ISO 14001:2004 and ISO/TS 16949:2009.
Our headquarters, Printec H.T. Electronics Corp. located in New Taipei City, Taiwan, has been in operation since 1992 and continues to increase its overall service to customers by expanding its internal capabilities. It continues to provide innovative solutions and manufacturing support to Printec’s facility in the U.S.
Rest assured that in working with Printec USA, you are working with the direct manufacturer, and not a broker (e.g. GOT Interface). This will guarantee the most competitive pricing, highest quality, and quickest turnaround time on support and finished product.
A benefit to working directly with Printec USA is that customers will receive parts that are manufactured and quality controlled within one of our fully-owned facilities in Taiwan, China and California. A broker may not be certified in ISO quality systems and the parts being manufactured are being processed through unknown systems. If you are working with a broker and you are uncertain whether your parts are being manufactured by a third party manufacturer or by Printec H.T.
