It’s about customizing a strategy that’s going to develop concepts and retail spaces that engage customers and relate to their customer core, their target market, and for landlords to relate to their demographics. It’s about creating something that is individual and not a cookie-cut or formula approach. And that’s really what is going to drive traffic to the stores and to the shopping centers today.”
