The firm will concentrate on labor and employment matters, general commercial law and litigation, and estate planning.
Mr. Boznos has extensive experience in labor and employment matters over the last 30 years, having served as in-house senior counsel and Human Resources Director to several Fortune 500 companies, including Harrah’s casinos, the largest gaming and entertainment company in the world, as well as representing individuals on the other side of the employment continuum. Mr. Boznos has also established a strong presence among attorneys practicing business law to ensure optimum business transition planning, analyzing and establishing new business entities, both domestically and internationally, and resolving disputes among shareholders, partners and members of limited liability companies. The firm will also offer advice on estate planning and wealth management.
Mr. Boznos received his B.A.in 1980 from the University of Florida (Classical Languages and Literature) and graduated with honors from the John Marshall Law School in Chicago (1984). He and his family reside in Naperville, Illinois. Boznos Law, P.C. will serve the DuPage, Cook, Will, Kane and Lake County areas. Mr. Boznos is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, the Chicago Bar Association, the DuPage County Bar Association and the National Employment Lawyers Association-Illinois.
