    Anna Nguyenova knows what it’s like to break social and racial barriers. Born and raised in the Czech Republic to Vietnamese parents, Nguyenova became the first Asian actress on Czech TV, filming more than 150 episodes throughout her acting career. Being an ethnic minority in a 99.8% Caucasian country allowed her to understand the importance of diversity on a very personal level. She has found that having a clear handbook has been especially important when it comes to communicating the company’s standard policies and practices. “As a company continues to grow it becomes impossible for any one person to develop a deep relationship with every employee in the company. That’s when the handbook comes in. It should be comprehensive and should serve as definite resource for employee expectations and vice versa.”

    3. Support mentorship

    “When you are a new hire, the best way to learn about the company is not to talk to the CEO, but to talk to your peers.” She recommends encouraging employees to spend time with new hires, such as through the company’s sponsored lunch or after work activity. “It is at the company’s best interest for any new hire to integrate fast, and using your team’s help is one good way to do it.”

    In conclusion, Anna emphasizes that it’s important that the culture evolves as the company grows. What may be important for a smaller company is much different for that same company as it expands to new offices and employs more people.

    Ashley has always been fascinated with makeup. She started posting on Instagram just for fun in December of 2015.

    As her skills progressed, Ashley started posting photos of her own eye makeup, which attracted hundreds of ‘likes’ and positive comments.     Wireless phone charging offers many conveniences. You can charge your phone virtually anywhere and don’t have to worry about wires or cables.

    For most people, that’s enough. They don’t really worry about how long it takes or the efficiency of the charger.

    That’s because they don’t realize that most wireless chargers produce unnecessary heat, resulting in slower charging times and more wear on the battery. These inefficient chargers also use more electricity so – in addition to waiting longer for a full charge and replacing batteries more frequently – their electric bill is also rising.

    Sunvalleytek International Inc., a California-based high-tech manufacturer, has come up with a new, cutting-edge approach that addresses all of these issues. Using its patented HyperAir technology, Sunvalleytek recently launched a line of wireless chargers (RAVPower) that features triple temperature controls to avoid overheating.

    RAV stands for Reliable, Affordable, Value.

    An “intelligent chip” monitors and controls the charging temperature for optimum performance. Additionally, sophisticated modifications of the internal structure disperse heat 15 percent faster and more effectively than traditional wireless chargers.

    RAVPower chargers also use specially-designed circuitry that prevents overcharging, over-current, over-voltage, overheating and short circuits. The result: charging times that are half of traditional 3.5-5W wireless chargers.

    For example, an iPhone X, 8 or 8 Plus can fully charge in 152-167 minutes. A Samsung Galaxy S8 can charge in less than 240 minutes.

    The economical RAVPower-PC066 hit the market in late January. RAVPower-PC069 and RAVPower-PC080, which offer additional features, were launched in mid-February.

    RAVPower-PC080 features

    The RAVPower-PC080 includes a 10400mAh Qi 7.5W fast wireless charger for iPhone X, 8 and 8 Plus, and a 10W Qi wireless power bank for Galaxy S8, S8+, S7, Note 8 and all Qi-enabled devices. Non-Qi enabled phones will require a Qi wireless charging cover to power up.

    The 10400mAh charger also enables you to charge two devices simultaneously, thanks to a wireless charging top surface and a USB port.

    In addition, this model offers Instantaneous Device Detection. By sharing the same fixed frequency program as iPhones, the HyperAir technology accurately detects an iPhone (or other Smartphone) and starts charging immediately.

    The result is a faster, safer charging system that uses less electricity.
