Rahul Gandhi of India’s Congress party and Arvind Kejriwal of AAP, have joined forces to counter Modi in Lok Sabha, but 8 Million NRI’s of USA, Canada, UK, Australia, Malaysia and S.Africa have declared Modi as the winner and an honest Prime Minister , since India’s Independence in 1947.

The most frequent dose of Nandrolone Luarate is 200-400 mg a week. A big disadvantage of this steroid is that it can be found only in 50 mg/ml phials. Weekly are injected 4-8 ml( 2 ml two times a week).

The results of Nandrolone Laurate are very similar with the Deca-Durabolin’s and the side effects are the same, but the trainees prefer Nandrolone Luarate because is not much expensive than Deca Durabolin.

In addition to enabling XiP, the U-NFC controller provides support for auto boot, read-while-write, wrap transfer, continuous burst transfer, and memory-mapped access to the connected Flash device.  Multi-master support with priority and continuous wrap burst transfer support are optional.”

Moscow announces design contest for 3 new subway stations

MOSCOW, RUSSIA – 11/16/2016 (PRESS RELEASE JET) — The chief architect of Moscow Sergei Kuznetsov announced the launch of an international competition for the design of three subway stations.  Contestants will present their best architectural solutions for Sheremetyevo, Rzhevskaya and Strominka stations and will focus on new materials, effective lighting and non-supporting elements for the new stations.   

The challenging task by the City of Moscow requires decisions that would keep the new stations in harmony with urban development, the historical and cultural legacy of the developing district.  Preference will be given to modern, environmentally friendly interior designs that suggest the use of durable materials.  Per organizers, proposed designs must allow for all population groups to travel comfortably and safely and the stations should have easy navigation tools.

The jury for the contest enlists Marat Khusnullin, Deputy Mayor for Urban Development and Construction, Chief Architect of Moscow Sergei Kuznetsov, General Director of JSC Mosinzhproekt Mars Gazizullin, as well as leading Russian and foreign experts in the field of architecture and urban development.

“Moscow subway system is the most visited place in the city with 9 million daily passengers. So, its architecture has the biggest audience among all Moscow sites.  That is why it is very important for us to preserve traditions and raise the bar high.  We see this competition as a flagship promotion of high-quality projects, as well as an opportunity to raise the overall level of the architecture, – said Sergey Kuznetsov.

During the first qualifying stage, participants will need to provide an application, a portfolio and an essay describing key ideas for each of the three stations. The deadline for this stage is December 15, 2016. During the second stage, five finalists will be chosen based on the essays.  The final contestants will develop their conceptual designs and present them in front of the jury on January 24, 2017.  Each finalist will receive a prize of 400 000 rubles (about 6 thousand dollars) including all taxes and fees.  Winners for each station’s design will sign a contract and will be hired to develop the project.  The contest results will be announced on April 4, 2017.

The design contest was launched by Mosinzhproekt and supported by the Moscow government and chief architect Sergei Kuznetsov.  Strategic Development Agency CENTER is implementing the contest, which is open to both Russian and foreign teams specializing in architecture, design, engineering, urban planning, economics and finance.  To participate, applicants must fill out and submit paperwork before the December 15, 2016 deadline.  Applications are available on the official website of the contest at www.design-metro.ru.

The international contest is launched at the time when administrative barriers in construction in Russia have been lifted.  The World Bank recently stated that dealing with construction permits became easier over the past year.  Overall, Russia moved to 40th position among 190 countries in the World Bank’s 2017 “Doing Business” rankings, up from 51st spot in 2016.  Per World Bank Russia Country Director Andras Horvai quoted by Reuters, in past years Russia has been active in reforming across multiple areas of business regulation and in many areas is close to best practice.

Thanksgiving is the time for tough conversations about elder care says Illinois-based Elder Law attorney

With families spread out across the country, Thanksgiving is one of the few times of the year when we are able to gather together.

We eat. We laugh. We share. We even fight.

But what we don’t do is talk about how we are going to manage our affairs, as we get older.

One of the biggest stresses anyone will ever go through is the inevitable decline and death of a loved one. How you prepare now will determine how well that stress is mitigated in the future.

Tras dos años de arduo trabajo en la Ciudad del Sol, la aprobación de ampliar el uso del cannabis medicinal el pasado mes de marzo ha rendido frutos. Esta nueva ley permite que más organizaciones puedan lograr los permisos de cultivo y distribución. Con este permiso, cerca de 250,000 pacientes calificados se podrán beneficiar en el uso medicinal del cannabis.

Hace dos años tras un referéndum para legalizar la marihuana medicinal en la Florida, faltaron algunos puntos porcentuales. Sin embargo, los votantes el pasado 8 de noviembre aprobaron una enmienda constitucional que da a los pacientes con enfermedades debilitantes como el SIDA, el cáncer y la enfermedad de Crohn acceso al cannabis. El referéndum, con el 69 por ciento de los recintos estatales reportando resultados, pasó por un astronómico 70 por ciento convirtiendo al estado de la Florida en el número 26 en el sindicato para legalizar la marihuana medicinal.

La enmienda de Florida ampliará el grupo de pacientes para incluir a las personas con las siguientes enfermedades: epilepsia, glaucoma, SIDA, trastorno de estrés postraumático, esclerosis lateral amiotrófica, enfermedad de Crohn, Parkinson y esclerosis múltiple. Las más recientes investigaciones comprueban los beneficios del cannabis en pacientes con estos y otros diversos tipos de enfermedades.  

Medcan Foundation tiene como propósito crear un compromiso social con la finalidad de desarrollar una industria de avance y aporte a la economía del estado a la vez que asiste en la salud y educación de sus residentes. La reciente legalización del consumo de Cannabis Medicinal en el estado de la Florida es altamente beneficiosa por diversos motivos, entre ellos:

  • El Cannabis Medicinal mejora el manejo del dolor y reduce la adicción a los opiáceos. 
  • Una revisión de 79 estudios encontró que “existe un 30% o más de mejoría en el dolor con cannabinoide en comparación con placebo”.
  • Los estudios también muestran que la legalización y su disponibilidad en dispensarios, reduce en un 15-35% las admisiones por el abuso de opiáceos y las muertes por sobredosis de opioides.
  • En los estados que legalizan la marihuana medicinal, los médicos también escriben muchas menos recetas para medicamentos destinados a tratar el dolor, la depresión, la ansiedad, las convulsiones y las náuseas.

Como aporte a la sociedad, Medcan Foundation pretende educar sobre las leyes de marihuana medicinal en el estado de la Florida. La existencia de grandes oportunidades de crecimiento en la industria permite reafirmar que el estado se encuentra preparado para atender y ayudar a los pacientes que se beneficiarán de las bondades del cannabis.  “Nuestros pacientes merecen lo mejor y el enfoque principal debe ser la creación de una iniciativa de mando la cual motivará a la implementación de leyes más amplias que beneficiarán a la comunidad profesional en el momento de administrar la dosis adecuada en cada paciente”, sostuvo el señor Dante Picazo, director de Medcan Foundation. 

Un ejemplo certero es el caso de Juan Isaiah Cruz III, diagnosticado con rabdomiosarcoma de células fusiformes de la Etapa 3, un tipo raro de cáncer, en agosto de 2014. Después de múltiples cirugías, quimioterapia y visitas al St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital en Tennessee, sus médicos lo han remitido al cuidado de hospicio. Debido a que los médicos creen que tiene menos de un año de vida, es elegible para usar el spray de marihuana que fue producido y entregado por Surterra Therapeutics. La madre de Cruz, Jacqueline Cuevas, dijo que la esperanza es que el cannabis ayudará a reducir el tumor, aliviar su dolor y hacerle depender menos de las drogas, como la morfina. “Esto ha sido una gran bendición“, dijo Cuevas. A Cruz y Cuevas le tomó mucho tiempo e investigaciones para encontrar un médico que recomendara cannabis medicinal. “No queríamos rendirnos“, dijo Cruz. Las personas que integran Medcan Foundation están más que seguros que los habitantes de la Florida ya no tendrán nunca más que batallar con este tipo de historias y ese es el real objetivo de Medcan.
