Virtually everyone has items stashed around the house that could be repurposed, bartered, or traded, he maintains, thus eliminating the need for additional purchases. Similarly, household expenses that seem set in stone may not be. Amaradio recommends that families review every expenditure and try to negotiate lower rates. Cable television fees and credit card interest rates can be lowered, while shopping for more reasonable auto insurance rates or a health plan that aligns costs with needed services can shave money off of fixed expenses.

When a family moves from dual incomes to a solo salary, Tony Amaradio states that communication must be a priority. Renowned Musician Thomas McClary Performs With Kool & The Gang

Miami, FL – Recently, Kool & the Gang played a sold out festival in Aurora, Illinois, featuring Thomas McClary who founded the Commodores. In 4 decades the band has sold more than 70 million albums worldwide, won 2 Grammys and 7 AMAs, compiled 31 gold and platinum albums, and even procured a star of the storied Walk Of Fame in Hollywood. On a fine evening in June, RiverEdge Park in Aurora, Illinois was teeming with the sound of some especially funky jams, thanks to Motown greats, Kool & the Gang. But the warm welcome and applause they received from the sold out festival was taken to the next level with the introduction of Thomas McClary, founder of The Commodores. The predominantly pop audience who came out to have a good time were anything but disappointed with the event, many cheering from start to finish and singing along to their favorite funky jams. Thomas McClary opened for the group, but was also invited to join in at the end of Kool’s set, and did so to much support from the packed arena. Kool & the Gang and Thomas McClary’s band formed and electric union which would become the highlight of the night for many in the crowd.

McClary was in fine form, showing that his skills as a musician had only improved with time, cranking out several stunning guitar solos, including the well-known solo on ‘Easy’. They played well into the evening, with the audience dancing and singing along with their favorite hits, like ‘Too Hot to Trot’ and ‘Brickhouse’. When the two bands joined up on stage, it was one classic hit after another for eager fans, many of whom claimed that the music and sound from McClary’s show were better than the original Commodores’ albums. All in all, there was not a single person in attendance at RiverEdge Park that night who didn’t leave feeling as though they had been a part of something truly spectacular.

“It was truly a fantastic event for a lot of reasons,” began one event coordinator for RiverEdge Park. “Booking the two groups was an easy move to make, seeing as they have the same agent. But it was fantastic to see both Kool & the Gang and McClary performing right alongside one another, really cranking out the hits for the audience. The show was sold out pretty early, so we knew what to expect of the bands and the audience, but both Kool & the Gang and Thomas McClary and his band far exceeded what we, or audience members, could have dreamed of.”

When Thomas McClary, the legendary founder of the Commodores, took the stage at RiverEdge Park in June to open for Kool & the Gang, it was to a welcoming audience and a great smattering of applause. McClary and his new band, featuring his son, Ryan, also teamed up with Kool & the Gang at the end of their show to create an electric alliance that left audience members stunned and elated. McClary and his band continue to practice regularly, even creating new music from time to time. It was evident at this recent festival that McClary and Kool & the Gang had only improved their respective sounds with age, leading to a night that many will reminisce for years to come.

“AA Auto Protection” The Victim of Blatant Abuse of Power By Corrupt Pennsylvania Attorney General’s Office

By uncovering all of the facts related to this lawsuit, it is easy to see that it is baseless, without merit, and filled with more of the corruption that has followed Kathleen Kane throughout her term as Attorney General.

Philadelphia, Pennsylvania – August 8, 2016 – When you have an Attorney General who has had her license to practice law suspended while serving her term, it should come as no surprise that shady practices are common in her office. Kathleen Kane, whose wrongdoings have been well documented since her appointment as Attorney General, is now involved in a lawsuit that reeks of political favors and a strong conflict of interest.

Her office has filed suit against automobile service contract broker AA Auto Protection. By uncovering all of the facts related to this lawsuit, it is easy to see that it is baseless, without merit, and filled with the more of the corruption that has followed her throughout her term as Attorney General.

False Accusations Behind a False Lawsuit:

In June 2015, the Office of Attorney General’s Bureau of Consumer Protection Division, along with the assistance of the Better Business Bureau of Metro Washington D.C. and Eastern Pennsylvania, filed suit against the company known as AA Auto Protection. The main basis of the lawsuit was due to AA Auto Protection selling automobile service contracts through a company called Administration Plus USA. Administration Plus USA is the legal party under the terms of the contract but has since gone out of business.

The problem lies in the Attorney General’s office going after AA Auto Protection when the true company that is liable is Administration Plus USA. Not to mention that Administration Plus USA has admitted they are the liable party and is responsible for the terms of the contract. In fact, Administration Plus USA has entered into an assurance of voluntary compliance with the Ohio Attorney General’s office pertaining to this exact situation.

AA Auto Protection was actively involved in trying to resolve this situation with consumers. Even though they were not the liable party, they worked directly with consumers and referred them to the Ohio Attorney General’s office to receive assistance. It appears as if this information was in turn used against AA Auto in order to find a scapegoat and file this falsely-based lawsuit.

It may be curious to some as to why the Pennsylvania Attorney General’s office would pursue a company that is not legally tied to the contracts in question. They are fully aware of Administration Plus USA’s assurance of voluntary compliance with the Ohio Attorney General’s office yet they have proceeded with their suit as if that agreement wasn’t in place.

When the Pennsylvania Attorney General’s office filed their original complaint, it contained 11 consumer complaints from the Attorney General’s office and 165 complaints from the Better Business Bureau. This was in fact every complaint received by these offices over the course of AA Auto Protection’s 13-year company history. When you uncover what is truly going on behind the scenes of the lawsuit, it is easy to see the true facts surrounding the false charges.

Coincidences or Co-conspirators?

What truly makes this lawsuit interesting is its timing. Back in 2009, one of AA Auto Protection’s competitors, Carchex, won a lawsuit against them in spite of false allegations of violating employee non-compete agreements. The only reason why Carchex was successful in the lawsuit was due to gross negligence on behalf of AA Auto Protection’s lawyer. This fact was proven and legal malpractice was admitted to by their attorney but unfortunately the lawsuit was won and AA Auto was forced to pay Carchex as a result.

In early 2012, it became difficult for AA Auto to continue making their restitution payments and were forced to stop making the payments to Carchex altogether for financial reasons. Once this happened, it was a few years before Carchex attempted to collect on the debt. Shortly after this started, the Attorney General’s lawsuit also appeared.

It has since been discovered that there is more than one connection between the Attorney General’s office and Carchex. First, Carchex’s CEO, Jason Goldsmith, sits on the board of the Better Business Bureau of Greater Maryland. There is no doubt that this connection is a direct conflict of interest, especially given their ties to the lawsuit.

It has also been shown that information from the BBB was supplied to the Attorney General’s office in order to bring about this suit. It has also led to false claims and reports being broadcast about AA Auto on the BBB site as well as other negative review sites that exist on the internet. AA Auto Protection actually holds an A+ rating on BBB’s site which seems to be in sharp contrast to the mention of the lawsuit there in an attempt to discredit the business.

The other connection that raises even more eyebrows in this situation is in regards to Carchex’s attorney. In addition to being the attorney for Carchex, the legal office of Dilworth Paxson, LLP is also a campaign contributor of corrupt Kathleen Kane, Attorney General. While some may claim that this is simply a coincidence, it’s hard to ignore these connections when you combine them with the ever-present scandals surrounding the AG’s office.

The Corruption Must Stop:

Small company bullied for decades by a large international scientific organization declares they won’t stand silently for it any more. The International Astronomical Union overstates their authority and uses ridicule and misinformation to try and maintain their hold on power. StarNamer declares it has a co-equal right to name celestial objects.

StarNamer is a company founded in 1999 to name celestial stars for consumers. Many years ago, the company created a custom star location database called the Universal Star Catalog that contains about a million stars. Since inception StarNamer has named about 150,000 stars for people. However, naming stars for people isn’t as easy as it seems. The International Astronomical Union is a scientific organization that also names celestial objects. It has been their mission to vilify any organization that also names stars.

The IAU claims an exclusive right to name stars (even though they hardly ever do so) and maintains that they are the sole official source for naming stars. However the IAU’s exclusivity claim is spurious. The right to name stars is afforded them by their member astronomers and scientists. Any scientist who discovers a celestial body has typically had the right to name that discovery based on historical precedent.

For some reason, scientists have ceded that right to the IAU. But just because scientists have ceded their rights that does not mean lay persons or other organizations have also ceded their rights. Further, the United Nations Outer Space Treaty of 1967 forms the basis of international space law. Its principles include the concept that no country or organization shall have dominion over space. In other words, there is no legal basis for the IAU’s claim of exclusive official naming rights. It has been the policy of the IAU for at least a decade to bully and smear any organization that wishes to also name stars for people. Their tactics include misinformation and ridicule. For example in their FAQ for the question “Who is legally responsible for naming objects in the sky?” and their reply is “The IAU is the internationally recognized authority”.

Sorry, but Russia could also claim its annexation of the Crimea is “internationally recognized” simply because its international allies support their claim. This does not confer an exclusive official right. They also employ ridicule saying that people will “laugh their heads off” at you if you employ a private star registry. The IAU calls private star registries charlatans. Further its scientist minions and lackadaisical media outlets, following the IAU lead, smear private registries calling them scams.
