Dollar Crash: Christ’s Closing Parables Clue Us for a May Event Says Prophecy Expert, Dr Ruhling

Israelites didn’t travel in winter, but if they took a long journey in spring, they couldn’t get back in tmie for Passover, so they were to keep it in the 2nd spring month. Passover was the historic time of judgment and Christ bridged his last two parables with this example, according to Ruhling…

When five virgins missed the wedding, Christ said, ‘Watch, you don’t know. [the Greek word, eido, means you don’t understand] for it’s like a man traveling to a far country,” and that last parable ends with a money shortage for the slothful servant who was unprepared for a time of judgment when the master (who represented Christ) returned in judgment, says Ruhling who adds that this is not a visible coming, but like God came to Egypt and executed judgment and took Israel to a covenant (marriage) relationship.

The Jews admit they persecuted the prophets and they think Christ was a false Messiah. A judgment event on 2nd Passover, May 22, would support his being who He said He was. His warnings of Jerusalem’s destruction could have spared the Jews, but only the Christians heeded his words before 70 AD, says Ruhling.

Ruhling urges Jews to consider the Brit Chadashah (New Covenant) that does not abolish the law of Moses (Matthew 5) but is thought to do so where Paul wrote against the oral teachings that became the Talmud. They go against Christians and some of the torah (written law of Moses) in interpretation, says Ruhling.

WEST PALM BEACH, FL – 04 May, 2016 – The estate of late Subway founder Fred DeLuca could be forced to pay $20 billion or more in damages for DeLuca and Subway’s conduct in a failed Central Florida development partnership.

Attorney Willie E. Gary and the legal team representing Delray Beach real estate developer Anthony Pugliese have filed a motion to amend the complaint, seeking compensatory and punitive penalties against the estate of Fred DeLuca for alleged fraudulent actions committed during a five-year partnership between the businessmen.

The motion – filed in the 15th Circuit Court in Palm Beach County, Fla. – outlines evidence in the case which demonstrates Fred DeLuca’s and Subway’s punitive conduct.

The original 2009 lawsuit – AVP Destiny LLC and Anthony V. Pugliese III v. Frederick A. DeLuca, FD Destiny LLC, FD Destiny Credit LLC, and Doctor’s Associates Inc. f/k/a Subway – takes DeLuca to task for alleged financial misdeeds that allowed the sandwich chain founder to loot millions from Pugliese, and for the ultimate failure of the City of Destiny, which was planned as a 41,000-acre city in Central Florida.

The City of Destiny, conceived by visionary Pugliese as America’s first “Eco-Sustainable” and environmentally friendly city, was expected to accommodate more than one quarter of a million residents, and to offer millions of square feet of industrial, retail and office space within its footprint. The construction phase of the city – which was slated to be the largest single development site in Florida, eclipsing Walt Disney World and larger than the US Capitol City, Washington DC – would have employed tens of thousands of people and contributed hundreds of millions of dollars in economic benefit to state and local governments and businesses.

Its commitment to self-sustainability even drew the attention of the foundation of former President Bill Clinton, whose Clinton Climate Initiative in 2009 cited the City of Destiny as one of 16 projects worldwide that served as a model of sustainable urban growth.

 “Today, we have taken additional steps to help right the wrongs committed by Fred DeLuca, and Subway in their partnership with our client,” Mr. Gary said.

Among the misdeeds alleged in the court documents filed:

• Fred DeLuca and his Subway employees committed multiple financial frauds against Mr. Pugliese in the course of their city of Destiny partnership – a pattern of illegal and unethical behavior that led to the pilferage of more than $25 million by Fred DeLuca from Mr. Pugliese and their related entities;

• DeLuca used his strength as a multi-billionaire to entice Mr. Pugliese to form a partnership with him and ultimately steal the project;

• DeLuca reaped secret profits from his joint business ventures with Mr. Pugliese by breaching his fiduciary responsibility to the partnership. These actions were undertaken by DeLuca for the sole purpose of taking unfair advantage of Mr. Pugliese;

• DeLuca lied to Anthony Pugliese about key details of the financing related to the closing on the city of Destiny property, which was purchased by Pugliese.  Ultimately DeLuca caused Pugliese to lose hundreds of millions in seed investment money;

John Campbell of Quality Advantage Home Products in Virginia helps people live at home longer by remodeling their bathrooms with safety in mind. He shared his renovation expertise with Business Innovators Magazine.

The aging population is the largest demographic in the U.S. Safety becomes an issue as more mature adults strive to stay in their homes as long as possible. Business Innovators Magazine contributor Stephanie Miller interviewed bathroom remodeling expert John Campbell about how this is possible with a bathroom renovation that typically takes just one day.

“We’re a certified aging in place specialist, CAPS certified distributor, so we know what’s best as the baby boomers age to keep them in their homes longer. Our biggest target market is the baby boomers who are mainly looking to take that tub out and put in a shower so they can continue to stay in their home,” said Campbell.

According to research by AARP, ninety percent of seniors want to stay in their own homes as they age. Seventy percent of seniors who modified their homes said they did so for safety reasons, and sixty percent wanted to increase their ability to live independently.

It’s important that safety features be properly installed. “Everything we have is ADA compliant,” stated Campbell. “The way we install them meets the Americans with Disabilities Act requirements. We put blocking in behind the new drywall for the grab bars, so that when we secure the grab bars, they meet the ADA requirements for weight and strength. If you grab them, you can count on them. They’ll actually hold you.”

Safety extends beyond the work Quality Advantage Home Products performs. Their employees go through a rigorous screening before being hired. Campbell explains, “We don’t just take on anyone who fills out an application and say, ‘You’re our new crew chief.’ You have to have certain skills. We check your driving records.
