Jason Womack Builds Momentum for New Book on Pro Business Insights

The problem is that people often go about trying to initiate momentum by studying harder, working longer, or creating a frenzy of activity. Without an organized approach though, these efforts can often contribute to failure instead of the desired success. Womack says that momentum is not something that just happens; it is something that can be initiated and achieved.

Womack told Alexander that his book is based on the curriculum from his twelve month online Get Momentum Leadership Academy. The first step for leaders, workers and others who want to get moving in a different direction, he revealed, is to admit that they have to change themselves in order to effect change in the workplace or their everyday environment.

“I was happy to share my insights on Pro Business Insights and in my upcoming book,” said Womack. “I’ve become known as a productivity expert, but what I really am is a momentum initiator. There is absolutely no reason to be stuck in your current circumstance when there is a process that can get the ball rolling and keep it moving towards success.”

Some momentum-building tips he shared in the interview included purge and unsubscribe, block your time and prioritize, and what we think about is what we do. Albert Einstein himself would have appreciated Womack’s emphasis on the importance of building momentum properly when he said, “The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and over and over again, but expecting a different result.”

NEW YORK, NY – 10 Feb, 2016 – The Polar Music Prize, the world’s most prestigious music accolade, in this its 25th year, has announced that Max Martin, Grammy-Award winning and globally acclaimed songwriter, and Cecilia Bartoli, leading mezzo-soprano singer, are the richly deserving 2016 Laureates.  Both Laureates will attend the gala ceremony and receive their Prizes from King Carl XVI on June 16 in Stockholm’s Concert Hall.

Max Martin, from Stockholm, Sweden, first rose to prominence in the mid-nineties writing a string of hits for artists including Britney Spears, Backstreet Boys and Justin Timberlake. He has co-written over 20 Billboard Hot 100 number-one hits, including Taylor Swift’s “Shake It Off’, The Weeknd’s “Can’t Feel My Face”, Katy Perry’s “I Kissed A Girl” and Pink’s “So What”. Max Martin has achieved over the last 20 years what no other songwriter has ever come close to. As a world leader in his field, Max Martin has the third-most Number One singles in the Billboard Hot 100chart, behind only Paul McCartney and John Lennon.

Max Martin said: “If you can somehow influence popular culture, shape it in some way, when something becomes bigger than just a song, that’s the greatest thing for me…this is what I love about music. You can reach so many people.” On being awarded with the Polar Music Prize, Max Martin added: “Thank you very much. This is a great honour. See you in Stockholm in June!”

Ellie Goulding was among the first to send her congratulations to Max Martin on a “very well deserved Polar Music Award”, while Britney Spears said: “I think you’re a genius, it’s such an honour to work with you… you’ve been a part of my career from the beginning.” Justin Timberlake also congratulated Max, saying: “… no one deserves it more. You are a master.” Katy Perry talked about the “wonderful back and forth” of the working process with Max, and how he “sets the scene for it to be really creative”, and Pink said: “you blow my mind and I’m really proud of you.”  

Cecilia Bartoli is the most successful mezzo singer in the world. Few vocalists can boast a career as glittering as Bartoli; renowned for her career-long relationship with the music of Mozart, Cecilia Bartoli, from Rome, Italy, is one of his finest interpreters. Her solo releases have achieved enormous success with extraordinary, mutli-million selling albums, making Cecilia Bartoli one of the world’s best-selling artists in the field of classical music.

The Polar Music Prize, also referred to as the “Nobel Prize for music,” is an international recognition of excellence in the world of music. The first Laureates in 1992 were Paul McCartney and the Baltic States and the most recent, was percussionist Dame Evelyn Glennie and singer Emmylou Harris.   The roll call of former Laureates reads like a who’s who of modern classical music: Dizzy Gillespie, Patti Smith, Bob Dylan, Ravi Shankar, Renee Fleming, Ray Charles, Youssou N’dour, Mstislav Rostropovich and Kronos Quartet.

The Prize was founded by Stig “Stikkan” Anderson, the publisher, lyricist and manager of ABBA, to honour “significant achievements in music and/or music activity and to break down musical boundaries.” In 2016, The Polar Music Prize celebrates its 25th year.

The board of the Stig Anderson Music Award Foundation includes representatives from the Stig Anderson family, SKAP (The Swedish Society of Songwriters, Composers and Authors) and STIM (The Swedish Performing Rights Society). The task of scrutinising nominations submitted and selecting the Laureates is undertaken by an Award Committee comprising of experienced members of the music industry, representatives from the Anderson family, musicians, and previous Laureates. Laureates each receive a specially designed trophy and cash prize of $118,353 (1 million Swedish Krona).

Free Speech Being Prosecuted by US Attorney General Loretta Lynch

PRESCOTT, AZ – 11 Feb, 2016 – Attorney General Loretta Lynch is crossing the line of freedom in prosecuting “hate speech” against Islam when it’s the people who react violently that should be condemned for their violent acts. Government must protect the freedom to speak one’s opinion.

If we shut the door to what someone else calls “hate speech” or we require it to be “politically correct,” we begin with San Diego’s prohibiting the “Founding Fathers” and end up with its “Visual and Correspondence Style Guidelines” and a list of phrases like ‘the common man,’ ‘mankind,’ ‘manmade’ and ‘man up.’ That means the end of freedom and the beginning of a nightmare for all but the lawyers.

Habeas corpus is legal action by which detainees can seek relief from unlawful US imprisonment. It means “bring the body—show the damage.” Words do not cause damage except in the mind of religious bigots, whether they be Buddhists killing Christians in India or Muslims killing Christian in the Middle East. If Muslims want to come to America, they should accept the freedoms of our Constitution and live in peace where women have the right to speak their mind too.

Christ said, “You shall know the truth and it shall make you free.” Libraries take that as their motto, but they still buy mostly fiction books. It is sad that the minds of the young become so polluted with crime, sex or intrigue from the library or on TV that they have no interest in the tamer realities of life like doing their chores or learning such boring topics as English, math, science.

The lessons for free speech go deeper than Islam. The history of religious intolerance stems from leaders who make their living off the ignorance of their subjects. Free speech that enlightens others is condemned where the powers that be are guilty.

This nation was founded by men and women who fled the Old World at the risk of their lives on the high seas and in a wilderness where starvation or hostile indians were reality. Pioneers cherished the freedom to live their faith and be able to communicate it, and they enshrined it in the US Constitution.

This made America different than every other Catholic nation to the south and those Catholic countries that they fled in Europe where martyrdom was common under papal rule. Conservative historians have estimated 50 to 100 million Protestants died in the “Dark Ages,” but most of the information has been laundered by Jesuits buying up old history books and writing new ones.

The Bible is clear with a little help. If we understand that a woman in prophecy represents a church, the harlot riding the beast of New World Order in the 17th of Revelation should be recognized. It’s a church involved with governments and politics (“with whom the kings of the earth commit fornication”), a wealthy church (“decked with gold”) and wearing scarlet (color of cardinals), a mother church (“Mother of harlots” – they no longer protest her), drunken with the blood of saints (a persecuting church in lands where they are in control), sitting on seven hills (Google “city of 7 hills”) – these clues only fit one church.

It will soon be a crime to say such things, even though the writer hates no one, not even the pope, but the Vatican is behind the New World Order that will soon enforce the mark of Revelation 13 and it will include false worship and the plagues of God’s wrath in the following chapter. Chukong Splits Off Cocos SDKBOX Game Operations Company, Announces Support for Unity and Unreal Game Engines

MENLO PARK, CA – 11 Feb, 2016 – Chukong Technologies today announced plans to split off its revolutionary game operations platform, SDKBOX, as a separate entity from the parent company, which also operates the world’s largest open source mobile game engine, Cocos2d-x. Kai Zhao will lead the initiative with the new company. Chukong revealed that SDKBOX has begun supporting game engines from Unity Technologies and Epic Games with its latest 2.0 update. Earlier this month, the SDKBOX IAP controller was approved for sale and listed in the Unity Asset Store.

Chukong initially added the SDKBOX service to Cocos2d-x in July 2015. Since then, over 4,500 games on over 20 million mobile devices spread across geographic regions including China, Japan, the US, Ukraine, India, Russia and Turkey are already using the SDKBOX framework. SDKBOX supports industry leading services for mobile game production and operations, including analytics, user acquisition, monetization, advertising, compliance and more.
